So I am about to do the achive Higher Learning and was just wondering if anyone has some useful tips, or a certain strategy?

well, i had a theory back when i was trying to get it, that there is a certain respawn timer starting when something spawns in the place. Cant remember how many hours it was, but then i knew i shouldnt check a place for a few hours if i saw a useless book. and if there wasnt anything.. i would just sit and stare at that spot for hours.

3-3.5 hours between spawns. after a server restart / shutdown, there will always be one or more spawned
Log on after server restarts. Its early in the morning from what i remember. A server restart spawns a book in every spawn location- however- this does not mean you get the achiev as one or more locations can be a "fake" book that does not count towards the achiev. I just had my dad log on my toon right after the restart and look for them all (he wakes up early). Took either 2 or 3 restarts, total of about 10 mins spent. Hope this helps.
