Yea but look at the quest that has to be done to obtain them. It's at the very end of a tediously long chain quest that has you walking back and fourth across duskwood several times over, then you have to solo a level 23 elite... the rest of the town and all party members that aren't on that quest will phase out, leaving only you and the elite.
It's almost worth it though... almost.
