Yes every single boss in ICC can be done solo if you actually know what the heck you are doing, yes even gunship and 3% droprate is the same droprate as warglaives so it's pretty darn high compared to neverendless farmin for something like: Ring of Precision - Item - World of Warcraft or Doomspike - Item - World of Warcraft
I did one run with a friend for the ring he got it on the first run me on the other hand have been runnin there for 3 months 5 times everyday but no ring yet

You do not have to solo the whole thing , Do this , kill 3 first bosses in ICC 10 normal ,then swich to 25 normal , kill 3 bosses there , then get out , reset instance , swich to the men , then get in , after taht mobs will be reseted , then do your thing , kill , get out , reset , get in kill again!

You can get banned for having ribbon if someone reports you

No you CANT get banned for havin a legit item in a game on a f2p account / character, dont be toxic

it can't be obtained normally on a 20, so its an exploit and thus bannable
