Wether you lvl with 5 and do all quests, don't kill unneccesary mobs, they will lvl u.
ALWAYS look for the lowest lvl mobs at the spot, dont explore too much.
Should end 70-90% to lvl 11 if done correct

Also seance you can remake heirlooms at will now from the tab you can delete the heirlooms on the characters so you can then delete the character to remake it. I have had to do this before.

Just got them using the RAF method Sponsor suggested, TY again.
Now to get a pair on a hunter and to get the mail item on my warr.

Just worth mentioning, if you don't want the BIS, you can get RAF summoned out once you start at lost isles. The thermohydraulic flippers give you 69% bonus movement speed in water, very overpowered in world pvp/world exploration. Just can't que arenas or you will lose the buff. Great for stv fishing though.

I never knew this either. I decided to try today hoping what i was thinking wasn't rue =(. My hunter is a troll and apparently i finished this quest way back in the day when he was lvling to 10 with out the knowledge of it. I'm pissed at my self.

They aren't really good for all that much. Not useful in PvE very often though you can decoy patrols with them. In PvP they can distract opponents. But mostly they just look cool.
