Help me! Please

Hey guys, i logged in today, and i had to use my aunthicator ( you mostly need to use it when some1 else logged in on the account ) and all my character's is gone! nothing is left, i can't even find my server Outland, did i got hacked or did blizzard close the realm ? i need help now PLEASE*

I know it's resett today, but this is the first time this happens for me, i logged in several times before 10 when it's a resett ( im on eu realms, but maybe some1 from us have support )

Just wait for the servers to go back up. Go to battle.net and see if you can find your chars. If you cant find em, they are deleted. If this is the case, just call Blizzard and they'll restore your characters. And I don't know whats up with your authenticator, but I fill in the code everytime I log in.

Should be part of maintenance. Only start to stress if it isnt fixed after a few hours today.

I dont, ( i dont have it on the phone, only on the small thing ) i use it like 1 time a month or something, and i only had 1 rogue , a 55 dk and a 70 druid left.

If they have actually been removed - ie, deleted - you are able to get them restored with everything they had left on them once they were deleted. Just make another character on that realm and create a ticket - add information such as your deleted character's names and levels.

so if they deleted anything i can't get it back? or if they stole my 75k or my tabard of flame that i got 1 day ago.....

It can be difficult for them to retrieve your money stolen but they may be able to do so. However the Tabard of Flame - Item - World of Warcraft is Bind on Pickup so they would not be able to trade this item to any other character - they may have dropped it but anything deleted is supposed to be able to be retrieved within a set time or something.
