I would personally pick warrior/lock ecen though shammy could be fun.
Warrior: Try balance crit and strength dont listen to ppl who prioritize crit over everything cause you'll loose alot of highend dmg which can result in less dmg. I would suggest copying Prosimets' gear and no this is not because he's my friend it's because his gear is simply more viable than crit stacking warriors.
Warlock: go Destro/Demo (not sure if demo is viable in 19) and probably stack crit/haste (I think)
