EU+US Help me find some lvl 69 twinks

Without level scaling, this isn't necessarily true. 9 levels is a big gap to overcome, even if the stat gains from gear is trivialized.
 
I've always just assumed the 60-69 (60-64, 65-69 for a bit) bracket was a cesspool of Death Knights, and never really went that direction haha.

Is it fun enough? I might give it a shot, I love twinking.

Are there any decent sized 60 guilds?

Before Exp On and Exp Off became a thing, yes the majority of the bracket was freshly leveled DKs that Grip off CD. Since the merge of Exp On/Off, the bracket does tend to have a plentiful amount of DKs in games again - no different than the waves of DHs that plague 100 ques atm.

Fun is subjective, just like this bracket. 60s always have had different reasons for different people; nostalgia, gear, raids, etc. From a PvP perspective, 60s is pretty nice at the moment.

No. There are only husks of former populated guilds. The majority of 60s have each other on Real ID and we que every day. The vast majority of NA 60s dont use Xpoff.com so Id suggest posting/introducing yourself here http://us.battle.net/forums/en/wow/topic/20747915003?page=1
 
I've recently built a 69 Hunter http://eu.battle.net/wow/en/character/draenor/boohoom/simple
The bracket seems to be pretty fun. I'm currently testing what advantages using the Heartseeking Crossbow (with its 3.1 speed) over the heirloom gun has, while I'm waiting for that 3.4 speed weapon to drop off Chromagus.
 
60-69 has always been fun imo, even in wod.

As a warrior, i ate every single feral. Ezmode.

Problem have always been discs.
