Hi everyone,
First of all there are some good news for our bracket with the current holiday event, the brewfest. We are able to get some extra epics for our twinks now. Trinkets, offhand, one-handed weapon etc.
However, the best items we are able to get won't work.!
That is

Apparently their proc effect requires lvl 60+ (I did target dummy, dungeon, mob testing with 40%+ crit gear and 0 procs. Wowhead also confirms that they can't proc for us saying the effect req. 60+ Reflection of Torment Requires level 60 for coren's cold and Now is the Time! Requires level 60 for mithril wristwatch.)
Since they are obtainable in a scaled version for lvl 46-110 but only works for 60-110. We might have a chance that Blizzard agrees to enable the effect for anyone who can use the item.
Therefore I recommend everyone reading this and who want these procs to work in the 50-59 bracket to report it to Blizzard through the in-game "Submit Bug" option
Escape>Help>Submit Bug.
If enough reports it, we might have it fixed. It wouldn't be the first time blizzard have fixed something at lower lvls to make more sense.
We actually have an example from our very own bracket, https://xpoff.com/threads/focused-rage-now-level-44-youre-welcome.69635/ when @Stale reports might have been part of why 50s got focused rage back then.
So there is hope for a change guys, but first we have to inform them or else it is very unlikely they will find out or care.

PS: Just write something like, I got this item on my lvl 50 but it doesn't work, however it works on my lvl 80 etc. It can be anything, I don't know if the best way is to sound like we are twinks or that we are complete newbies, or if it doesn't matter at all. I guess what matters the most if the amount of reports in order for them to prio the concern and take action.
