In this video, what is the spell he is using that looks like shooting off flares?
0:09, 0:14, and very clear at 0:51. These are just the first few. It looks like about 8 yellow balls hitting the enemy player.

I have never seen this animation on my 20 or 101 boomkin. Must be a neck enchant or something tmorph related.
