So I noticed a while ago in PTR that under the "Item Enhancement" section of the AH there was a "Head" sub-section. I have checked this on Live pre patch and it is there also. However, there are no items in that section. I have also looked at the unlearned list for enchanting and cannot find any enchants there. Could they be bringing helm enchants back? Or perhaps they added this accidentally? Either way I suppose we will find out soon.

Hopefully they bring them back was obviously taken out due to lazyness

Blizzard did it because they felt it forced players to do rep based on their class and their class roles. So they just removed them all together. And moved the shoulder enchants to inscription.

It was lazy not to just make them obtainable through other, easier methods.

Thats what they say but some could even be purchases with honor which is easy af, most of the reps they require are ones they where farming anyways. For example the WOD Reps lots of people farmed them to get flying yet its unfair to make players get rep for them? ok

Blizzard has effectively removed many features and enchants from the game. They have also added many features as well. Is that being "lazy" too? Simply because the one feature you want was removed and you don't like the reasoning behind it does not necessarily indicate they are "lazy". It is quite just the opposite since they had to take extra time to remove it.

Instead of fixing the problem they removed it altogether.

If a feature within a game is not received well by the users then it should be fixed, not entirely removed...
 
Maybe they're implementing some endgame head enchants. I don't think they're gonna reimplement the old ones
 
The new Shoulder Enchants are for Professions, as in gain more of XX depending on which Enchant, the Gloves just give you faster Gathering Enchants. The Neck Enchants are a "Minion" of sorts, though I've not seen if it actually spawns one or if that's the 'Spell'. Lastly the new Ring Enchants (at least what they are supposed to do originally) add to the effectiveness of the Neck Enchants.
