Heirloom nerf

Seems like blizz fixed the heirloom bug, ilvl 45 gear back to normal when I logged on today, not sure if it has been posted about yet

Yeah it's been mentioned.

But I think it's alright to just have a dedicated post about the nerf, so I don't mind.
