Heirloom cloaks and a random, stupid observation

Are the heirloom capes even worth getting, or is sticking to the random lewt the best idea?

the bag cloaks are generally better then the BOA cloaks for most classes

Depend on which class, for Mages for instance or a Priest the BoA-cloak can be very useful, I would pick it infront of the satchel one.

BOA cloaks can give some interesting stats like +1hit on the Tank cloak or some nice crit on the cast cloak

I see that your two twinks are a rogue and a fury war, in this case satchel is better

Casters use BoA cloak. Physical dps uses satchel, with the exception of str classes using ripped sandstorm to hit cap.

Thanks for all the responses. I was considering getting it on my warrior... I'm already hit capped so I suppose I'll roll with the Tumultuous Cloak of the Soldier. I have Bear at the moment.

Some BoA's give hit and stuff which could be useful for hitcap or whatever, but usually SATCHEL > BoA
