EU+US Heartsong what can and can not proc

I just want to know what classes have zero abilities as a lvl 10 to proc heartsong

I know that rogue can proc it by simply sitting in stealth.

I've never gotten it to proc from any Physical dmg Class but iirc @Sponsor has on his Warrior. For ANY Caster Class it procs constantly with a very short ICD (like 12 sec) so has a huge uptime. The +15 proc from Shadowmoon procs pretty often off most abilities on my Physical dmg Classes.

I know for a fact that it can proc from riptides over-time heals. 99% sure.

Theory crafting here, but hypothetically speaking.. Say Elemental Force counts as Elemental SPELL damage, then maybe Fury could get Heartsong to proc if you have EF enchanted on your 2nd weapon.
