If I remember correctly, you won't be able to fake cast with Tonga's Totem. The cast will always complete itself whether you're moving or try to hit Esc...
Not sure if things have changed in MoP.

Vanilla had no "castbar" and the only way to see if somone was casting was with the animations/spell effects. Many druids, or rather, some druids, did this back then because their spells gave them "green" hands, just like HS.

If that doesn't answer it, post it in the corresponding guide that should have answered it. If there's not an appropriate guide to offer the knowledge you seek, search the Q&A thread. If nobody has asked or answered you question there, feel free to ask it. If the amount of information on this forum can't answer your question, there probably isn't a definitive answer yet. There is a guide section. There are plenty of tools at your fingertips. If you can't utilize them, you are a scrub.
