Not enough sunshine, not enough fruit and veg, the vitamin reserves in the organism are depleted after the long winter. Go outside for a bit of sun! Eat some fresh and yummy vegetables! And don't leave WoW, we need you to confront those 24 bads!

I must confess, this was supposed to be a sarcastic thread, as I am a bad and evil person. But then some good and kind people arrive, and turn this thread into a positive, compassionate one. Oh well, I give up. Feel free to help each other here, instead of some more irony, sarcasm and hatred.

I suggest you start with your diet, slowly clean that up, don't have to do it in one day, change to a healthy breakfast, start from there. As long as you break it down into small steps and stick to it your golden.

I used to be rather overweight but I did this and in 2 and a half months I lost around 16 kilo's (=35.2 Lbs).
eating fresh and healthy makes me play better
If you ball hard enough your mind will detest eating trash because you'll feel like crap afterwards
