Just got into a neck and neck BG where the only reason we lost, was because all 3 of our healers had 800-3k healing done. Had they have been doing their jobs it would have been a landslide victory and that's just pathetic.

If you want to DPS, roll a Protection Paladin, seriously. Highest DPS in the bracket.

Don't roll a crappy "DPS spec" like Restoration Druid in Feral gear and Holy Paladin using denounce spam and then not heal your team. Not only are you wasting slots by having bad DPS, but you aren't even taking advantage of your specializations role in order to benefit your team.

Stop throwing wins away so you can play your bad attempts at hybrid specializations. Your team's better off if you just don't queue.

I personally would rather not see all the prot paladins either if we are being honest. Highest potential DPS maybe, but it doesn't play out like that.

Just look at your *healers* as a bunch of 1100 HP Locks or Mages. Then you won't be disappointed if and when you die (and lose!).

It's just the fact that they aren't even Utility/Support either. They're neutering their spec with their play style, making them ineffective at every aspect of PvP and I just don't see the point in it.

I made the comment about prot pallies because it's a well rounded DPS class, if you want to pull some crazy stuff there's no sense in reinventing the wheel when there's already OP classes in this bracket.

If Alliance queues weren't 5-12 minutes I wouldn't mind. I wouldn't rage about it if I weren't essentially waiting for a 70% chance loss rate every time I queue.

Welcome to the F2P bracket and enjoy your stay! We got plenty of attractions! Such as the amazing Hunter who disengages, walks into melee range to disengage once more! The elusive Resto Druid has build quite the reputation aswell, good luck killing him behind a Rejuvenation while he mangles you to death! And last but not least, stand aside for gloriouuuuuuus.....Denounce spammers! Their utility is beyond comparing, doing both more ranged dps than mage and warlocks, they also can instant full hp themselves with Holy Shock and doing fairly high dps with it at the same time!

but denounce?

So true..holy pallies need to realize that they are a healing class. There is nothing wrong with doing a lot of damage as long as you do even more healz

Blizz don't mind giving a healing spec the capability of doing tons of dps, but they won't allow a GOOD dps spec 4 shamans..I swear If it wasn't 4 purge there would be no reason to make a shammy over a druid...I mean ghost wolf doesn't break slowing effects like it does 4 druids

Nerf shapeshifting, its pretty much broken in every bracket.

dare i say role elemental. Even better go horde. 2-5 min queues.

In my opinion the whole point in rolling Shamans is to put pressure on heals, other than purge and kick there isn't anything that sets them apart from other classes but they're necessary for ideal composition

Enhancement provides more pressure. Elemental will get it's purges ranged by druids because it's a ranged class so it's already 10-15 yards behind it's target. Enhancement can just be pure harass. I can effectively keep Resto druids power shifting while not healing at all so between that and ghost wolf they can't OOR my damage as opposed to Elemental where I would have to stop to cast.

They do the same damage (if Elemental doesn't come out ahead by a little) It's all a matter of preference. I don't dig playing casters. If Enhancement wasn't viable and I felt I was bringing my team down I'd just play my Protection Paladin/Arms Warrior but I just don't feel that's the case.

I am considering re-rolling back to primarily horde though. I don't really use BOA's on my toons anyway so I don't have anything to lose.

And what class r u using

Arms Warrior (sometimes kill them or or get them to run away, if they come back I'm dead but it's not because they out-dpsed me so much as they can heal and I can't)
Protection Paladin (usually kill them, period.)
Enhancement Shaman (Take them down to half health, they pop their speed buff and try to run, I purge their speed buff, and kill them while they run with their back turned to me)

Regardless of how the fight ends though, I'm never worried about how much damage they put out because either the spec isn't viable as DPS or all the Holy Paladins I've fought are horrible. Probably both.
