Healer for this bracket.

Can anyone tell me a bit more about what healers work well for this bracket? I am used to play a disc in 29 but would like to try my hand at 39 and I really like healing I will be playing with a friend who likely will be a DPS spec, so any advice on a good combo for said healer would also be appreciated.

Disc works just as well at 39. As you are already used to the playstyle I'd stick with what you know.

Couple of 39 Discs in my signature - neither have been updated for BfA as I have nt found the time yet. But they aren't a million miles off.

First off, let me congratulate you on choosing healer! They are in high demand and short supply currently. As far as viable classes, all healers are strong right now, but MW, Disc, and Resto Shaman are at the top right now. And if you're looking for a challenge, I recommend going alliance since we've been the underdog in the bracket for a long time. If that interests you and your friends, hit me and my guild up on Stormrage for help with gear, and leveling, and a fun group of people to PVP and hang out with!

my priest. halloween ring is seasonal, can be replaced w/ dungeon satchel rings in 8.1.5 from what im hearing. there are a few epic pieces i could get (helm, neck) but otherwise its a solid start.

Don't join unless you are horde. I have a discord and alliance community that strictly alliance. They use the discord they have now as cheap tactics to 5 man or 10 man against you. They also do not moderated at all.
