Head Librams?

Are these back? I saw a character with one who seemed to be benefiting from the stats, maybe it's just an armory bug.



Could someone check it out for me? I don't have have any toons with this enchant.

i have heard nothing about these being brought back. It is an armoury bug. Armoury shows the item with the stats, and they appear written in green, however the character does not benefit from the libram.

I got a pair of engineering goggles enchanted with libram enchant and they indeed still require level 50.

Can you confirm that you could still apply the libram but it gave no benefit?
