EU+US Have they removed our ability to enter War Mode?

Players pre-20 were able to enter war mode using the macro/script:
/run C_PvP.ToggleWarMode();

I've tried it this morning, and nothing's happening
Just me, or is it gone?

when I logged on I still had it activated, then after i logged out and in again it was deactivated.
