US Have these old boes

A long tiem ago i was farming the old ironfeather chest piece pattern and happened upon a ton of boes, i kept onto a few of them not thinking about it but now they seem super strong. There drop chance is rediculously low, and judgeing from armorys they seem better than what ive seen, but i have no idea so who knows anyone tell me if they think these are any good for 29?

sash is really good, chest has the same stats as blue bg crate one, so its not something unique

my scaled keller's has almost as much as the nightsky sash does and its lvl 20, yall 29s might wanna look into getting that scaled
