Hated DK twink

So I am thinking about making a DK twink (59 or 69. Not sure so far).
I have seen funny idea about making hated DK. The thing is - you never finish DK quest chain. After being released from starting zone, you are supposed to turn in quest in Stormwind/Orgrimmar and every NPC hates you, throws rotten food etc. You cannot interact with any NPC with Stormwind/Orgrimmar reputation, however you can use auction house and NPCs of other races (Goblins/Dwarfs). It is really funny idea, and I have read about DKs playing back in cata, without ever turning in the quest. They were leveling, raiding and PvPing as normal.
The problem about twinking may be stopping experience gain, because NPCs are also Orgrimmar/Stormwind, so you cannot interact with them. Is there any other way to stop it? (tricky GM ticket or something )

Dunno, when i made a ticket before about locking exp, due to beeing 1 exp from lvling years ago when they started free expacking vanilla accounts, they just teleported me to the NPC (So i wouldnt get cata new orgrimmar discovery exp)
