Haste Stacking Disc. Priest

[Solo]

Just created a disc priest the other night. I started stacking haste on him and love it. Currently my flash heal is 1.1 to 1 second depending on my set. There's a few more pieces of gear I want to grab in hopes of making my flash heals under a second or close to it. When "borrowed time" occurs my flash heal is .9 seconds.

My main point for this post is to see if anyone can find a good ring with haste on it and a belt with haste. Or just any tips or comments

Satchel belt of vision has haste.
DPR has haste.
Any cast time below 1 sec is wasted.
Stacking one stat on a healer is gimping your toon.

All I really need is 1 second cast times and enough stamina to last a stun. My flash heals are 1300ish so it's not like I need a ton of int. Im still tweaking this character, but I'll try and grab the belt. Thanks.

As a clothie heal you need at the minimum 5000 - 5500 health.
My lowly level 20 shaman with mail armor and a shield has a bit over 6,000 health unbuffed in a BG and still can barely survive a feral/rogue opener. At 4200 health, you are ripe for pickin'. A nice soft ripe fig...
