Haste in TBC

What do you guys think about haste in TBC?

It seems decent for level 19s, so I think I'll use it on my hunter. I mostly wanted to hear what you guys thought about level 10s and haste, you can easily get 50%+ haste. Do you think this would make level 10s playable?

I also play L 10. haste is a good thing. I play rogue. But i use agi and stam ench before haste ench. World buff is sick at L 10. 370% haste 160% crit 147% Dodge. And a 1200 hp buff. I test this in pre pach. Killed 19 twinks in 2-4 sec.

I don't get the appeal of sub lvl 19 twinking though

If you mean "twinks" as my gnome ("Weeks") - she doesn't equip as twink ( ~650 hp unbuffed ). Just started to collect equip and enchants. No skill, little exp on WSG. No high lvl chars ( 27 max). Play on random BG (no prime party/raid) And no time for often BG farm (~2 k honor summary). So this msg about middle-equip characters...

P.S. I'm noob in PVP...
