haste gemming as a rogue

so as combat, Would gemming full haste be worth it? 400 haste vs 400 agility. Since combat relies on melee for like 40/5 of their damage, would the increased speed in w eapon attacks and increased energy regen be worth it? 400 haste is around 23% faster weapon attacks, and around 2.5 increased energy regen per second. So would gemming haste be viable? or not. Should i go haste/ agility gems? With the haste gems i would be around 45-50% haste in my pve set.

I would personally gem agility, cuz of increased crit and doge, but maybe you should try haste out

I would try haste for lulz.. I cant give any real opinion, hence i've never seen it done.

But i like the idea of doing it in combat.



You could also try this in sublety and hemo spec with swords (i did that with my rogue in agi gems and i faceroll'd).

2.5 energy per second (and quicker melees)...vs 800+ ap, and the crit from 400 agi

yes but 20% faster white hits, which is wat your damage is based around, sounds good. Plus w/ combat potency, faster oh means more energy.

i doubt it would be worth it. they made sure to make haste have relatively low gains so it wouldnt be THE 2ndary stat to stack like arp used to be (for certain class/specs ofc), even with lower lvl scaling. but try it out and see

Um I think it depends...If you have 2 glaves the haste woulda be amazing with set bônus and 2 black magic witch procs everytime but if you are going to use heavy damage slow swords with hemo spec go agil.I always thought a 70 shammy enh with 2 bm procs also haste and glaves proc with 2 windfury...sadly you cant do it but as a dk itd work well also Hehehe anyways id give haste A try cuz combat stuns are pretty Nice with BiS dont think any class can beat

it was good to stack haste in wrath with mut spec dont know how it is now but yea should be a fun thing to do might do it on my rogue

you could also put black magic on both weapons

im thinking more haste would mean more Combat Potency - Spell - World of Warcraft price, which means more energy, plus the increased energy regen
