Eh, Thats debatable. HoF has a CD, and altho bear costs alot it does have the advantage that players wont just wait for the Hand to wear off then earthbind the pallys pretty arse. Also roof and around GY and ramp are all outside, yet more or less in the base, so for me druids still win for mobility here.
