What about the other epic items like the helm/sword? So far Ive had the helm drop but on my 110 DH -____-

Those can in fact drop! I got the helmet out of a blue pumpkin... of course on a monk.

Edit: and a friend of mine got the sword on his 29 paladin.

I noticed that the sword (maybe some others as well) dont appear when you try to transmog it. You have to search the item. At least that happened for me

Weird.. Well, they do drop for 23-110 so thats a good thing at least.
