gyfarming

As pretty much everyone in this bracket thinks theyre 10x better than anyone else, why dont u gyfarm with some legit classes and not 3 bm monks + 2 healers?

I wouldnt complain if id have a chance to actually kill and instead get outplayed and not kegsmashed to death by 3 bm monks etc =)

I've been in pretty much all bgs today and atleast all the ones i've been in i havn't seen any GY farming.
Been a lot of containing while running flags, but not one time have people been not running flags while holding alliance in GY.

Also i don't play a lot anymore, but pretty much all bgs i'm in alliance roll 4+ nelf ferals. Last one they had 7 druids

Aye and the one game I did play against them, there were GY camping and after that I instantly /afk whenever I see them.

are you joking lol, played 2 wsg against u and your hero bms, first bg u capped 1 flag then horde team went semi afk for 13 mins in our flagroom, whats the point doing that just wasting peoples time?
And the 2nd bg 8 hordes were standing on our gy while you ran flags, but hey if its containing standing pmuch on the gy killing everything that ress, what is then farming to you?

In my opinion it's not as long as you're doing objectives at the same time.
If we were to hold the flag and just kill, that would be farming, but we're not.
I understand that it's a touchy subject, but not like we're queueing in a group to steamroll, we just happen to get into the same bgs.

hard to imagine as atleast you + 1 of the bms are from the same guild but okay, sick players atleast =)

If one guy is running the flag and 9 others are camping the GY, it's not GY camping. But if all 10 are GY camping, then it counts as camping? What? listen to yourself. It does sound quite funny.

I'm not really gonna go too much into it, since this subject have been discussed a MILLION times on these forums, you're welcome to check out any of those threads, the 10-19 forum is a quick and sure way to find some.
GY containing is a legitimate strat and is the most optimal one aswell. Why let the enemy run out when you can keep him in his graveyard. I play to win 100% of the time, i don't farm and you'll always see me do objectives.

Oh i'll change what i said. Me and Kegsmash are playing together, but not with the other ones. I pretty much only play this bracket with him, otherwise i play 100, and yeah we have a guild just for us and our alts

It's not about you GY farming, it was about your definition that I quoted.

If you could manage to gy farm as lets say Mage, Holy Priest, MW, Holy Pala, Ele Sham and all the weaker classes then go for it, but if you are gonna do it with 3 29 bm monks a 29 disc and yourself as a 29 mw monk, just dont. Its not containing its gy farming end of story.

Again i can't really control who we get into Bgs with. Some times we run into GSC groups and we have a real match.

there are no gsc groups playing rly, like 3 people queing bgs regularly..
And now its completely the other way with horde teams full of bms and ferals not leaving gy (but bairly win idk how)
But maybe its fun playing the bgs, didnt seem like you or your team thought so the first time today as pretty much everyone went semi afk waiting for the time to run out..
I said it before and ill say it again, IF people contain with real classes i dont mind it but its depressing when anyone can reroll a 29 bm and keep the entire team at gy.

gy farming means u sit in the gy for the entire game and farm hks. hence the name

gy containment is a strategy which attempts to confine the opposing team in their own gy to allow your team to quickly complete the objective.

yes 10 ppl in the gy r camping. 9 ppl in the gy r containing if 1 caps the flags.
