Guilds capable of fielding a premade team

There are many guilds capable of it. But, many of the members just don't run or play together as premades in this bracket. There are at least 4 on Alliance that I can name, that are 800-nearly 1000 characters strong. And 5-6 Horde guilds of the same ilk. None of them push their members to premade in the 20-24 bracket. That may change come 6.0, who knows. The bracket is going to change quite a bit, quite a bit indeed. a lot more than we think. I am sure it will be for the better.
Good luck with your list.

Sweetsidney...

The reason I want a list is to gauge interest in providing those guilds free bis twinks on a 3.3.5 private server to premade with. All they need to do is show up and give me a list of what their ideal 10 man should be. Willing to offer gold incentive on retail for winners.

You will not find a guild that will get 10 members to play 39s on molten for premades that are currently playing retail.

Already found a guild to play and another that wants to try it first. Its a hell of alot more balanced then the mongo fest that is 24 premades.

Most guilds don't care for all the posturing. That is why there are very few premades any more. Too much immature posturing before and after the said game. It is not worth the trouble any more. The demographics of twinking has changed too much for the guilds of which I speak. Not that I am I their spokesperson. Good luck on your private server venture.
You may get some trial action out of it since it is free. Some of the trials did play during the WotLK days.

Since this has US+EU tag i guess i'll also respond;

GSC is more than capable to field a premade team
Dreamcast
SPC would be capable but they're scared to play other guilds or something idk.
SITNL might be able to? Or did that guild disband/people quit?

They want to premade on a 3.3.5 realm bugged as fuck.

How is it bugged? Maybe in other brackets but I have yet to see one bug that I havent seen on live before while playing 39s.

Posturing? I've never been too interested in posturing personally. Back in WotLK, the premades my guild did were not accompanied by much posturing unless people were seriously bored afterwards. Nah, we're interested in the actual games, not the bragging rights, though I'm sure there's still a few people here who will jump at the opportunity to earn bragging rights.

I'm actually more concerned about the relative skill and organization levels present. From what I've seen and heard, Blizzard has dumbed down the game, and players are used to being able to global their opponents pretty regularly. Are there any guilds here that think they could handle longer lasting fights with better balance between burst and heals? How about overall organization too? Are these guilds just fielding 10 players and then doing some loose coordination and "containment" while running the flag?

Most private servers, especially the crappy twink-only servers that existed in the past, are riddled with bugs. It's the reason why I started this whole 39s movement on Molten, because it's big and long lasting enough to actually fix most of the bugs. We've got a handful of bugs, but tbqh, I think a lot of people are just too comfortable with how easy the game has become in MoP..

Oh, and for the record, 99% of the serious bugs on Molten affect 80s and not 39s. It's kinda an unintended perk.

The bugs aren't that bad and significantly outweigh the *bad* of live. Infinitely better.

I would assume that any guilds worth playing against would have the brains to try the server out before committing and have the brains to not be closed minded because of what some idiot on a forum said.

Fair enough, but retail doesn't require the rerolling of an entire team, or testing of servers to see if it's fit to play, nevermind redownloading of clients and trying to source old patch's addons.
Seems to me like a nobrainer why people wouldn't see those on private servers as worth playing against.

Bigboydot's just looking for interest atm. We've got plenty of people who have "tested" the server, and have figured out most all of the kinks to work around. We're also looking at simply rolling a dozen accounts to lend out to a guild to see if they enjoy premading. People are already rolling twinks and being ready to play in about a week tops, and around 5 hours of actual playing time. Add to that the fact that months ago Selaya and I cornered the market on enchanting mats and now give out free enchants to anyone who wants a 39 twink, and "rerolling" becomes not much of a barrier at all.

You are right tho that downloading the client and setting up addons is a legit barrier to entry. There's resources there, but downloading a 16GB torrent takes some time, and some addons simply weren't available back in WotLK. Then again, we've got a 70-person skype group coordinating and chatting at all hours, and people queuing every day even if all they get is 2v2s, so the gameplay must be worth the cost of entry. Oh, and did I mention there's no subscription cost? The server is paid for by lvl 80s donating for epics, which has zero effect on the balance at 39, and thanks to vote points, you can get almost any boe or boa you need without farming for hours in game. Warriors are awesome again, since everyone can have a PoD. I could go on.
