I'm looking for an active twink 19 guild on which server do I have to go?

I just went there, I found no one

I don't think any guild is active same way guilds used to be, but pretty much only guild name I recognize from playing bgs nowdays is Ice Cream Truck from Outland alliance.

Outland, Ravencrest, Silvermoon for Alliance, and Stormscale for Horde are probably your best options in term of guilds. 19 activity overall isn't too great atm.
