Guild BoAs cost 20k?

I noticed there's a rumor going around that Guild BoAs are 20k each on beta. Can someone with beta confirm/deny this?

They don't seem to be available at the moment (at least for me).

I asked someone who had them and they said they were only available in an earlier beta build (correct me if i'm wrong)

They aren't available on the current beta. They won't cost that much gold I'm sure.

Even if they are 20k gold, keep in mind that 20k gold would be something like 5k or less now. So if it lands at that it shouldn't be too hard to get them.

I remember seeing a blue that stated that you don't lose the BoA's if you drop guild (kinda like how you don't lose the Gladiator Items if you dip in rating). I'll have to see if I can track the Blue Link down.

Remember, due to the level cap raising, the amount of gold rewarded from qeusts and vendored items will be much higher (just like every other expansion) - Remember when 2k gold was a lot? Exactly.

so what happens if you pay 1200G for the helm, and you guild boots you, disbands, or packs up and move to another server? that happened with "VODKA" on mannoroth and some other top guilds...they left?



would you have a 1200 gold helm that is unuseable? until you find a guild to join 20+ level?

This. Blizzard wants all Beta testers to spend as much time possible leveling and exploring the new zones and quests. Easy access to more BoA's would defeat that purpose.

When you buy the BoA from the guild, it is yours to be used. Even if you happen to leave or be booted from your guild, you won't lose it. Otherwise the BoAs would be called BoG (Bind on Guild) or BtG (Bind/Bound to Guild). Just think of the BoAs you can get from your Guild as like a Reputation process that you normally undergo for new reputation grinds.

i bet that BOG or whatever wont be bound to guild and if u leave u can keep im just wondering though if u can just join guild get BOG then leave that would be really cool imo
