Prot pallies aren't a thing/don't really stack avoidance, as STR helps dmg and heals more. Prot warriors don't stack avoidance either. Nobody gives up str or stam for block on lens.

I'd say no, that lens isn't worth anything beyond oddity/rarity(but not in a sought after way)

The sad thing is that the armor loss from the plate healm going to the cloth one is more than the block is worth.
