Hmm I wonder what the difference between it and the of the owl is then. The owl has spirit as well. Maybe the restoration has a bit more.

Owl is 9sta 16 int 16 spi

Restoration has less int and less spirit but more stamina than owl. Every green lens had a baseline 9 stamina, hence owl having 9 stamina even though owl prefix only provides int and spirit.
