Green Dragonscale - anyone seen the pattern for the legs post-shattering?

I've been looking on the AH for a while and haven't been able to find the green dragonscale pants... I also haven't been able to find a leatherworker with the pattern.



I know the pattern dropped in ST before Cata, but the instance was changed a lot after the patch.



Has anyone seen the pattern drop? Or want to make them for me on Kel'Thuzad?

You mean, this WoWhead? Cause I'm only seeing a Murkworm as a drop source listed there.



I haven't been in ST since 4.0.3a changed it. Do murkworms still exist in ST?

damn you got me, i was looking at the chest..my bad

anywas; doesnt ST still have a basement. cuz if it does, thats where the murk worms are. low drop rate apparently so either keep farming or something

You scared me with that, as I heard that Sunken Temple got seriously changed around, so I took an 80 to go visit.



Sure enough, no basement, and no upper floor anymore. Just the main level with Jammal'an, Shade of Hakkar, etc. Definitely no Murkworms.



Unless the pattern now drops somewhere else, the recipe is now grandfathered.



Thank you both for helping to get to the bottom of this. It never would have occurred to me that the pattern might be grandfathered.

Man... shit. Guess I'll keep spamming trade until I find someone who can still make them.



Until then - any suggestions for BiS items to replace that set for a hpally?

None that I know of. Until the BoA legs become available, the only other caster legs worth considering for 49s are all cloth: The Postmaster's Trousers - Item - World of Warcraft , Necropile Leggings - Item - World of Warcraft , Spellshock Leggings - Item - World of Warcraft .
