People check the AH regularly for it... Currently only low level shield with resist besides Arctic Buckler. I'd pay a few hundred gold at least right now on my home server, but may be worth more come MOP if stats change for the better.
i'd hang onto it because in mop theres changes to all the +resist gear if i remember correctly so the 4 resi might turn into something amazing (tho i doubt it)
