Where is the green item level 29 plate being farmed from and what level of character is farming it?

I am farming them from rare elites in STV on my lvl 29. They are not better than the blue gear from dungeons though. The exception is the glove gear as you can enchant +11 stamina on them.

Can Green 29 plate shoulders drop?

i have also noticed lvl 10 and 16 plate boes on the auction house very interested to know where they come from

i have only seen very few green plate items below 40 and the reason for that is way back in the day plate wearers wore mail til level 40 so alot of the plate items below that are not from classic wow or are they ez to farm...take solace in the fact that with 8.1.5 coming out all blue dungeon gear will be better than even the current bg crate gear as the dungeon gear will be scaled to ilvl 35 for a lvl 29 toon for example so just keep whatever dungeon gear u have and farm new stuff you might want to try after 8.1.5 launches

Where is the green item level 29 plate being farmed from and what level of character is farming it?

I farm mine in the Hinterlands from the rares there. Seems like you only can obtain lvl 26 plate boe gear with an ilvl 29.

They drop from rare mobs, epics dont drop from rare mobs

Tgod tries to sell stuff for like 400k on BH... I think its more about him just liking to look cool as "the big seller"... as with most of his persona... bullshit. I've actually been able to sell top end green gloves and shoulders for around 50k on BH, but I mean actual top teir pieces... and that is just when I happen to log on at 2am and somebody has put something in the AH with out knowing what it was and I pick it up.
