Good Mastery Procs

Was searching on the forums for info about https://www.wowhead.com/item=118015/enchant-weapon-mark-of-bleeding-hollow but couldn't find anything. Also couldn't find the proc chance anywhere online. Anyone have any experience with this enchant?
Also, if someone knows of a weapon/gear/trinket/gems that can proc mastery stat, can you please drop it in the comments below. Thank you

I appreciate you providing me those links. But like I said in the post, I searched the forums and the twinkdb only has trinkets with mastery proc listed on there and the google docs don't work well with my Mac. I am not able to switch to different tabs. But thanks for posting that one because now I can see the RPPM.
