One can only presume a "jaja" refers to someone that speaks Spanish or is from a Spanish speaking server. Many races reside on those servers. Only ignorant people would think otherwise.
That leaves rude. Yes, it is more than likely just rude. Many people on the Internet are rude. More than their fare share on TI are rude as a matter of fact.
