EU+US Glyph of Stars?

I swear I’ve seen level 20 balance droods utilizing the appearance from glyph of stars but is that GFed now? I know they overhauled glyphs in legion but I have no idea if the level 25 minimum requirement to use was added then. Is there still anyway whatsoever to use that glyph appearance on a 20? I remember that appearance also being obtainable through Druid class hall but that obviously can’t be unlocked at 20. May not be the best place to ask but if there’s anyway, I would sure love to play a boomkin without having to look like one. Thanks!

You could use that 3rd party thing that changes character appearance. Personally, I like playing my moonkin in its real form because it is a good representation of how the spec is:fucking retarded.

And as I don't like those kind of methods, I won't detail more the process
Just use your imagination, that's not too hard to figure out how to do it
Just know that you *need* to be at least lvl25 to learn the glyph
