I said I heard its usable, I didnt say it is.

It does not look like it can be, as it requires the Conquest Points and to my knowledge, level 70s are unable to receive Conquest Points.

This is what I was thinking - and if was so, then level ones could also use it.

If it's useable at lvl 70, then it must be useable at lvl 1-69 aswell. Imagine a lvl 60 running around with this, or even lvl 10.
I doubt it, but IF this is useable at lower levels, it won't take a week until it's hotfixed.

Slap onto a boa like you can a pyrium weapon chain.
The only thing in my head is if it requires the ranking for the chant to take effect. Not that it's hard for those running prot pallies and other insanitary classes.

Doesn't Heirlooms get their enchants removed when they are mailed or am I completely wrong?
