Had 3 in about 300+_ runs, I like to farm on a druid so i don't have to run back to reset, Moonglade tele ftw.

When you tele back it puts you right outside the instance, works for many dungeons, like bfd.

All mobs. I've seen them drop from both murlocs and cultists

Starting to farm Gloomshroud Armor
how many runs for yours?
what did it drop off?
Clear entire instance or jump off balcony and reset? (saves a couple minutes)

Yesterday, I had my 2nd Gloomshroud Armor drop within 100 runs this week (runs 4 and 82). (just started farming last week)
Cleared through the room with the creepers and ghouls with the stairs, then reset instead of going up the long spiral staircase to the boss.
Clearing the whole zone before it in about 4 pulls on 100 hunter: Ghouls/geists before first boss, boss, all courtyard mobs, then I grab EVERYTHING else and kill it in the last room after LOSing to group them.
The last pull drops 2-3 blues (since it includes Baron, Commander, and rare Captain), but is usually the place I find an extra blue since it's the biggest pull.
(I have yet to get anything to drop from the first group before Baron)

i have done 105runs so far

2x shadowfang

5x mindthurst

3x staves

1x night reaver

1x black mace thingy

1x assasin blade

1-hand axe " can't remember name " x2

I will stop at 1000 runs

My advice is to start farming gold and buying it from AH. Lately at least at kazzak the price have dropped to 50-60k

Right now it should not take more than 400 runs. Last month my mate dropped 3 Gloomshrouds in 289 runs. I started myself and dropped the first after just 89. Well I stopped then and made more of them.
But the droprates are pushed
