Afaik It's impossible to transfer from a Russian > English server anyway, so it is kind of pointless.

you could access them, but when you change the lanauge settings in wow its all in russian and cba to play wow in russian. kinda obv really :/

It's possible to transfer, just impossible to login there "пожалуйста,можетли кто-нибудь дать мне200 золотых" might get you that 200g if anyone manages to logon. Won't work for me even downloading the language pack.
