Glitchers/Cheaters a problem that should be SOLVED ASAP

Dear Users/TI Admins/TI Mods, i understand freedom of speech, i myself agree with it but, saying that a person's ingame actions should not be punished on these forums is absurd specially when that person is hurting gaming experience of so many users.

This forum is about World of Warcraft if i remember, it's about Twinking in World of Warcraft. Now, when does Twinking = Cheating/Glitching?

Even more, you guys stated some time ago that you want to "get closer to Blizzard" and thus removing the Private Servers section. Fine by me, but i ask you, removing glitchers/cheaters or those that have signatures insulting Blizzard GM's you think it gets you closer or recognised by Blizzard? From what i remember, actions mentioned in the previous sentence are against Blizzard's TOS.

Now, admins/mods, put your facts straight, do you want to go Blizzard's way? If yes, solve the glitchers/cheaters problem also. If not, reopen the private section also. Make up your mind already.

You're shooting your own foot in at the moment.

Exactly what is this thread about? Did someone make someone else mad in game and now they are taking it to TI to get frustrations out?
What happens in game, should stay in game. TI has no control over in game matters.

And to answer your question, Twinking has always been about manipulation of the game mechanics. This site used to share that information with other Twinks. Thus, the name TwinkINFO was born. Sadly, most people keep these "secrets" to themselves or within their little cliques instead of sharing them with Twinkdom like we used to. Some would say those people are smart. I would call those people selfish for not sharing beneficial information.
Nowadays, TI has so many young pukes as members, it is only a social media site. It is no longer a site to come to for "guides" or ways to improve your twink for fear of being a social outcast. It has morphed into something different from it's original creation.
One of the reasons, among the few, that "it was chosen".

Srsly? Then we have a wrong definition over twinking and TI. I thought TI was all about improving your char/useful guides.. stuff like that. Manipulation game mechanics wasn't part of the plan.. or at least of MY PLAN. I feel pitty for you if you see twinking the way you see it. I have another vision OBV.

But ok, let's pretend i'm wrong. Then why not reopen Private Servers section? Since we're all against blizz by "manipulation of game mechanics" only. Make up your mind already.

PS: I wonder why everytime someone stands up and points out the "shit" that needs to be cleaned, some idiots starts by "you're frustrated/you cry/moan/whine" whatever. Deep inside i know why, since you lack proper counters, you start using the old already washed up expressions.
 
It is because you are whining. Something happened to you in game and now you want TI to "take action". As opposed to just sucking it up and going about your way. It is a game, that is all.

Yes, twinking in WoW was based on manipulation of getting items that lowbies were not intended to get or have. Blizzard has had to change the game countless times because of this. I can cite examples if you like.

twinkinfo became popular because people were posting exploits over here and the other main forums didnt allow it

recently we have had forum leadership who wanted to clean up our act so to speak in the hopes that blizzard might mention this website in some way, thats why we lost the private server, account sale, cash transasctions, and exploit posts

The information sharing has been long gone, long gone indeed. It is been gone since towards the end of Cata. Perhaps even before that for some people.
That part had nothing to do with Blizzard. It had everything to do with wanting/needing an advantage over other twinks. And not wanting to share that advantage with everyone like we used to.

Yeah, I wasn't really playing much back then but I remember gem socket gear and high level satchels and people tried really hard to hush that up

I understand the administration wanting to advance the Website into the future. These kinds of problems could be solved by a section devoted to "donators/veterans only". Or something of the sort. We already have that section but it is underutilized. If the "secret" section was used for clandestine services I do not see how it could hurt anyone.
