Glad Mounts

I've seen a tonne of level 70 toons on EU running around with Vengeful Gladiator's Nether Drake recently and none of them have the gladiator achievement on that character or the account. Some people don't even have 2k achievements, i know that achievements didn't come out until TBC and stuff but LOADS of people have just turned up with it on 70 twinks. Is there an exploit with the mount atm? Or are these guys all legit TBC gladiators that are now twinking at 70 in actual bis twink gear?

Could you link some armories of the people you've seen with the mounts? I've only ever seen two glad mounts on 70s and they were both bought accounts.

Yep, there is probably an exploit. I found boosting website (looks legit), where they are selling GFed mounts (all gladiator mounts, Zul'Gurub tiger, etc) and they are saying that they will get mount in few days.

no no no absolutely not at all the case. 100% wrong

has nothing to do with rating. lifelong titles were given out to only r1 players (fucking duh its been like this for 7 years), non-r1 but still glad players got mount & 1 season long glad title.if you got the mount, you had the title (at one point). if you didnt meet rating requirements while on a glad team you would not get either mount or title. TBC glad never gave the "Gladiator" achievement unless it was bugged.

these are likely accounts that were never merged to battle.net accounts that suddenly have been appearing. any services offering to put mounts onto your account is a dupe scheme. if they advertise glad mounts you will see the feat of strength but not be able to ride the glad mount on any characters that didnt actually get glad.

edit: been out of the game for a LONG time but i myself have played on at least 10 gladiator 70 twinks. there was a r1 s3 glad mage on US servers at 70 for a while, not sure if it still is. also played a s1/s2 glad rog for a bit, a s4 glad mage w/ old school r14 title, a s2 glad hpal, s1 glad hunt as well as several others i cant think of

ooh s3 glad hunt, s2 glad druid, s1 pally as well

oh and then there was a legit scarab lord hunt that we found sitting @ 70.

theres the mage. i know for a fact the 2 paladins are leveled up. the 2x glad rog was recalled from me never to be seen again. not sure about the rest

unrelated to 70s but i also had a HWL hunter at 60 for a bit i leveled to 70. got r14 before AB even came out, had like 0 AB rep. cool shit

Fact - I own one of the S1/S2 70 Paladins and it is still 70.

The other Paladin was a dupe on the same account that was levelled to 90 which i separated and sold off the account.

There is also another one floating around.

Those were 2x glad (s1/2) iirc. The ones I was talking about were single s2 or s1 glads. Regardless, I know for a fact both of the paladins I was referencing got leveled. One by the dude I sold my original s2 glad pally to, and one by Soberlol when we were playing 80s instead of 70s kek

nearly a year ago, unmerged accounts were being sold on ownedcore and other sites.. some people got 70's with glad mounts, and they simply just sold them to players who wanted to buy em... achievs stays on UR B.NET, so whoever buys a character with gladiator mount/title, are not going to get the achievs

partially right, but also very wrong. really dont feel like explaining the intricacies of unmerged accounts right now tho.

my s2 glad paladin had the mini zergling pet from the vanilla CE. didnt have the actual CE or any other CE pets tho. when i first started playing it again, they had just introduced the buyable 310% mount speed. since my pally hadnt been logged onto since well before that, i was stuck with a 280% speed glad mount on my 70. after a TON of bitching i was told they couldnt give me the extra 30% speed (i wanted to be even more grandfathered than before, QQ) but they would let me get one of the CE pets.

Sanit the 70 mage you are talking about with the s3 r1 was drummerr hes a multi rank 1 feral (hes on my facebook) and the mage is now 71 or something because it was hacked. http://us.battle.net/wow/en/character/chogall/Drummer/ this is the armory if it ever gets logged into

Situation the ret paladin from <Pro> has a 70 druid somewhere with season 3 rank 1 as well as his old main thats 90 or 100 with the same title. He also has a rogue thats 80 with the season 3 glad mount but no title. Achievements - Community - World of Warcraft

I have a 85 mage with a bugged season 1 title which is kind of cool and a 70 lock with a season 4 glad mount on my original account but good luck getting that fucking thing unbanned. Also Tripwyr on manno is one of my brothers accounts he sold off and it has a 72 rogue on it with a glad mount. Not sure which.
