What should i do with my glacial stone i still have it on my 19 warrior! can i trade it for old grandfathered gear or what?

You're not able to change quest rewards at this time. I would recommend trying out arms 
You can try to change it into gutterblade, but it might take you a bunch of tickets.
Just like there is a great chance for you to change it into the Martin Thunder.... No; it probably won't happen.
I changed mine to Gutterblade just before the change with exchaning questrewards happend, was good at that time to trade it but today both are non-BiS so it doesn't really matter. Don't think, that it will be upgraded in MoP, since it's GF afterall.
