i have been using this as guardian pot in both 30s and 40s bg beginning of last expac, thats like over 2 years ago, is the effect still potent at the moment ?

https://www.wowhead.com/item=9088/gift-of-arthas current proc is only increases damage taken by 2. If we're talking Guardian, the Fortitude elixirs fare better.
