Getting to kul'tiras as lvl20 horde

is it possible? how? Zuldazar's ship only goes to echo islands (as lvl 20)

You have to die at least twice. Navy seal (swim to the harbour) your way to stormwind harbour, get killed by the guards. As a ghost board the ship to Boralus. When you arrive there you will still be dead. Immediately jump off the boat as the loading screen ends and try to die of fatigue. You will be ported to some grave at boralus as a ghost. Either run out to sea to collect your corpse (hopefully not too far out) or talk to the spirit healer.

You can travel there on boot's steering-oar
Just jump to it from the water.

You don't have to die at all. Go to the Stormwind harbor, but from the sea (swim, water walk etc).
When the boat comes, position yourself in front of it on the central axis and wait there. The boat will eventually leave, start jumping in the water (you will see the inside of the ship, but not actually jump inside) and the boat's rudder will catch and drag you to Kul Tiras. You don't have to wait for the boat to stop in Boralis, you can jump from the rudder and go to the nearest horde establishment. Don't forget to set you HS in an inn in Kul Tiras, otherwise you have to repeat the boat story to go there again.

If you're a rogue, swap to Outlaw spec and talent into grappling hook, then hook onto the boat from the sea while stealthed.

Is there any change on that? I'm trying to do that, but I'm teleporting on the docks all the time and guards oneshot me. I've tried the nest, side of the boat, jumping inside, stealth nothing works for me... I've even tried the ghost but when I'm as a ghost in tiragrande at the cementary after release I'm sending back to elvyn forrest. Any help please?

I found the same thing with an evoker a few days ago but a warlock worked normally (flying to the crow's nest). I can't remember if I tried a normal flying mount with the evoker
