The moment we have all been waiting for... how blizz would control what mounts are account wide.
Fresh off beta, a very glitchy system was put into place where any toon could use any alts' mount. There is still a long way before the system is perfected, because level 70s could ride icc meta mounts etc. The sandstone drake could also be ridden by a level 60. Obviously this will soon change, so that the level needed to learn the mount in the first place, is required for an alt to also ride that mount.
And shown in the picture, a mage is allowed to mount onto the pally mount, however it is not yet known if blizz intends to keep this. Worgen racial "mounts" are also ride-able by other races.
Pets can also be placed onto the ah, using an item called "Pet Cage". This allows a BOP pet to be put onto the ah, where a lower level can purchase it. Will this make the sales of blizzcon pets and other tcg pets a lot more easier?
This will become very interesting as it widens the array for what pets low levels can obtain!
