Either way, 29s have been occurring three days weekly on Sundays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays around 9 PM EST. Some game nights are great and last longer than other nights, and sometimes game nights are not so great and end a couple hours sooner. But they have been popping. Hopefully we'll be adding a fourth night and the Alliance just received a new batch of skilled players. Horde's got some solid competition, so I think there's definitely fun to be had if you don't mind that games still aren't a daily thing.





P.S. I think that getting everyone in vent was a major help for the duration of last night's games. We really need to make it standard that people get in vent for game nights.

Seriously though. They had an idea about the Hunter "issue" and I discussed it a bit more with them, hence why you're only witnessing one of these newly rerolled characters being a Hunter. I'm sure you appreciate that they were courteous enough to consider other classes before committing.

Why do they need a Hunter when NO ACTIVE GOOD PLAYERS HAVE A HORDE HUNTER AS THEIR MAIN TWINK? It's not as if they need to match up against the opposition. Alliance even already have several active Hunters. Why can't he play a different class?

I could just ask rubikz in game but I'll just put it here. Did rubikz just level his 19 hunt to 29? It may sort of explain why he rolled that class in 29s (convenience, only had to level 10 levels). I think some of the 39s that rerolled MB19s were less than impressed with the 'quality' of 19s, maybe some of them are just leveling their 19s to 29?



I know as horde we won at least one game tuesday when alli had 3 hunts and horde had none. The hunter issue may be a bit overblown at the moment, they don't seem as OP as they were back when AS had the 50% healing reduction. The issue of not sitting out, however, veterans should know better and should be sitting out when the game starts with uneven numbers, period.

Ive said it before ill say it again i can and have soloed several of those hunters as a protection warrior and i am far from the best player in this bracket, a hunter in the hands of a skilled player is utterly gamebreaking, even a nub on one can make the games less fun.

Most of the alliance hunters are complete shit though, but when you get 3 of them in a game it really brings the quality down, especially when they all have healers following them around. Hunters are probably the most complete pure DPS class at 29 and when they have healers it makes them even worse, even if the person playing the hunter is garbage.



edit: my guess is probably just using BoAs already on the server. if i were to make another 29 it would probably be on a server i know i could get AGM so it would either be a shaman or a clothie.

i regret rolling a warrior for this bracket, but even as bad as i am i wont crutch on a hunter...been debating deleting something on skywall so i can roll a diffrent 29 with boa's.
