Been waiting 2 days now for a Game Master to respond to my ticket.

Is it the pre - patch that is the method to the madness?

Longest I have ever waited for a ticket, hands down!

Using "stuck" in your ticket still makes it go a lot faster (just don't use it in ever ticket you make). Not had to wait longer than 24 hrs so far.

Dude, just choose account management and after that "Other" and you will have the live chat available, in the comment section type "I couldnt find the right topic, please help me" or some BS and u get through in 1min..

took me 5 days for just locking my exp bar on my lvl 80 twink . thank god for the 2 days man

I waited 4 days for the ticket I submitted during the pre patch a few weeks ago, try submitted a thread in the customer service and see if they can help.
