Midsummer's dungeon was open to 20s, but lacked in dropped loot from mobs and bosses (outside of the ones designated/spawned for the event) due to being too high level and out of reach. I am skeptical of anything being available in BRD, but Hallow's End giving access to Scarlet Monastery might provide us with some stuff to loot, although most likely unusable.

Higher level dungeons are gonna scale to their lowest level requirements and raids are not gonna scale at all. So the only hope is for event drops only really.
Here is why:
19's has had the ability to enter BFD for the entire pre patch so far. Every drop is scaled to require lvl 20, which is the lowest lvl requirement of the dungeon. It's safe to say this applies for every dungeon.
Winter's Veil event was held in a raid (SSC), and the SSC mobs drop non-scaled require lvl 70 raid items.
Hence, dungeons scale to their lowest lvl requirement if you do not meet other requirements, and raids just don't scale at all.

BRD opens up this week via brewfest. Lets start organizing a time for some group runs.
I love BRD and would absolutely love to grind out several full clears. Sadly, I wont have time to do that until noon (central) on the 22nd. But if that works for yall, lets put together a group. I can provide the paid account for grouping and Im happy to also tank.

as far as i recall from last year they completely sealed off tavern from rest of dungeon.

If memory serves, you can aggro the bar patrons even with the door closed and then when Phalanx is aggrod the door is broken open.
Though that was an old trick that might very well have gotten fixed.

If it works and 20’s can clear the rest of the dungeon, any chance of an earlier start on the 23rd? Provided there’s some benefit like mogs and stuff from the dungeon.

Have any 20’s downed any other bosses in the dungeon? Just wondering if there are any obtainable mogs from the instance?
I know it’s way too difficult to solo.
I dragged my 20 through on my paid account. The mobs are too high level for us to loot because they only scale down so far.
That said, I'd still love to put together a f2p 5 man group and try to down the bosses. Itd be a helluva challenge
